Chargeback / Risk Management
What we do:
We become the point of contact and deal directly with your processor to fight all retrieval requests before they become chargebacks.
We also contact the customer to make amends so that no further action is taken by them during their upset state of mind.
In addition, we reply to any BBB complaints and deal directly with the customer to resolve any issues.
Please note that our out-bound Customer Follow-Up Protocol is an integral element of chargeback management. This is a must add service in order to maintain a low chargeback ratio.
Cost:
We charge a flat rate of $25 to reply to each chargeback or retrieval request from your processor.
