2. Provide Un-Heard-Of outbound follow up services.

We exercise an extensive customer follow up protocol.

After an initial “thank you” call;

Each and every single customer is assigned a “Personal Progress Manager” that follows up with your customer weekly, bi weekly or monthly.

3. Unthinkable Gratitude with the Human Effect.

We literally do the unthinkable to keep your customers happy and excited to do business with you. If they’re sick we’ll send’em flowers, if their down, we’ll send a “cheer up” greeting card and if they’re celebrating, we’ll become a part of the celebration and send them chocolates!

Please note: In order to reach our goals of service, this is the type of freedom we need to provide our team members.

In order to achieve maximum success, you must be willing to participate in our high spirited methods of business practice.


Cost:

We conduct all inbound and outbound support operations on a flat rate per call price structure only.

1. Inbound customer service calls are billed at a flat rate of $2.50 / call.

There is no limitation to how long the calls last; since we provide unrushed, professional service to your customers, our average call times are much higher than standard customer service calls.

Therfore; we find that this is a more cost efficient price structure for our clients.

2. Outbound customer service protocol and “Personal Progress Management” calls are billed at $0.75 / call. A point to note about this service is that it results in a substantial number up sells and cross sells.
